Terms & Conditions

1. Services

RB CNC Tools provides CNC machining, precision turning, milling, custom tooling, sheet metal work, and related manufacturing services from our facility in Rajkot, Gujarat. All services are subject to feasibility confirmation and capacity availability.

2. Quotations & Orders

• All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance (WhatsApp/email) and, where applicable, advance payment.
• Changes to specifications after order confirmation may result in revised pricing and delivery timelines.
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated.
• GST at applicable rates will be charged on all invoices as per Indian taxation law.
• Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order; default terms are 50% advance and 50% upon delivery.
• Delayed payments may attract interest at 18% per annum and may cause order suspension.

4. Delivery & Lead Times

• Delivery timelines are estimates based on production load and material availability.
• RB CNC Tools shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility unless otherwise agreed.
• Inspection and acceptance of goods are the buyer's responsibility upon receipt.

5. Customer-Supplied Drawings & Specifications

• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of drawings, specifications, and technical data provided to us.
• RB CNC Tools will manufacture to the specifications provided and shall not be liable for defects arising from incorrect or incomplete customer specifications.
• All customer drawings and confidential data are treated with strict confidentiality.

6. Quality & Returns

• We maintain quality standards appropriate to the specifications agreed upon.
• Any quality complaints must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation.
• Approved defective parts will be reworked or replaced at our discretion; refunds are subject to inspection and mutual agreement.
• Components that have been modified, used, or subjected to improper handling by the customer are not eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

Designs, drawings, and specifications provided by customers remain the intellectual property of the customer. RB CNC Tools retains ownership of any proprietary manufacturing processes, jigs, and fixtures developed independently for production.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to lost profits, production downtime, or business interruption.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.

10. Amendments

RB CNC Tools reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
